A tribute to Jacqueline Hassink

by Unseen November 28 2018

We are deeply saddened to hear that Dutch visual artist and photographer Jacqueline Hassink has passed away after battling with cancer. We are very grateful and proud to have worked with her.

Jacqueline completed her studies at Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam, the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague and the Trondheim Academy of Fine Art in Norway before moving to New York where she lived and worked until she passed. Her work took a subjective approach to the structural formations of economic power and the way it manifested in space, it was exhibited worldwide.

Our thoughts are with her family and loved ones during this difficult time.
